I am a bilingual professional with experience in language interpretation, customer support, and information management. I have developed strong attention to detail, active listening, and the ability to communicate clearly and accurately in fast-paced environments.

I have worked in remote settings while following detailed guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards. My background includes supporting U.S.-based clients, handling sensitive conversations, and resolving inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.

I also have experience in logistics and operational support for live events and cultural projects. In these roles, I assisted attendees, coordinated information, and helped ensure smooth execution of activities.
