## About Me

I am a professional with a solid background in nursing and proven experience in customer service, sales, and human resources.

I have developed strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation abilities through my work in healthcare and client-facing roles.

My nursing experience includes patient care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, clinical records, and support in emergency and institutional settings.

I have also worked in retail and service environments, where I strengthened my ability to handle cash, solve problems, work under pressure, and maintain a service-oriented attitude.

More recently, I have gained experience in remote human resources tasks such as digital recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and KPI tracking using online platforms and collaborative tools.

I am interested in contributing my experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or service-oriented environments, always with a professional, humane, and results-driven approach.

Cajera @ Oxxo  2016 - 2017 Worked as a cashier in a convenience retail environment. Handled cash register operations, daily cash closing, inventory control, service payments, and problem resolution while maintaining strong customer service under pressure.
