I am a journalist with more than 3 years of experience in the digital field, focused on social media management, content creation, and audiovisual editing.

I have worked on writing, recording, and editing news capsules for digital platforms, as well as creating copy, templates, and content proposals for design and communication teams.

My background includes managing news distribution and social media content for both a media outlet and a government institution, with experience in fast-paced, public-facing environments.

I also have experience in customer service in English, including technical support and billing-related assistance for a U.S.-based telecommunications company.

I am comfortable working with audiovisual and digital tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and Meta Business Suite, and I enjoy combining storytelling with practical digital execution.

I am a proactive, adaptable, and communicative professional who values quality content, clear messaging, and effective audience engagement.
