I co-founded a US moving-lead marketplace and built it end to end, including quote funnels, lead validation and scoring, mover matching, CRM workflows, Stripe payments, and paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads. I have also led growth and product-system improvements for a US nonprofit in the moving industry, where I worked on consumer education, complaint transparency, verified mover discovery, and SEO-driven acquisition. My work is strongest when systems, workflows, and measurable acquisition outcomes come together. I enjoy turning messy operational problems into structured product and growth systems that can be tracked, improved, and scaled. Before that, I coordinated technical projects at an Austrian HR-tech startup, which strengthened my cross-functional delivery, product operations, and implementation skills.
