Since 2022, I have supported customers through live chat, email, social media, and messaging platforms, resolving inquiries professionally and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

I have worked in roles that required strong communication, complaint handling, after-sales support, and coordination of online orders and customer communication.

My background also includes freelance marketing and student relations coordination, where I promoted programs, guided prospective students, and maintained positive client and student relationships.
