## About Me

I am a Paid Social Specialist with more than 7 years of experience across agency and platform-side consulting.

I currently work at dentsu Finland, where I support clients across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. My work focuses on paid social strategy, media buying, campaign optimisation, audience testing, creative testing, and performance marketing.

I have advised clients in B2C, B2B, eCommerce, and lead-generation environments, and I enjoy turning platform data into clear, practical recommendations. I am comfortable working closely with stakeholders, including on-site collaboration, and I value structured communication and measurable outcomes.

A major part of my experience has been building and managing campaigns end to end, from strategy and setup to tracking, reporting, and optimisation. I have also managed significant media budgets and contributed to improving CPL, CPA, and ROAS through systematic testing and account restructuring.

I have a strong interest in training and knowledge sharing. At dentsu Finland, I have helped onboard and train new colleagues, and I have also developed internal workflow and planning tools to improve team efficiency and consistency.

My earlier career in architecture and project management gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving, stakeholder management, planning, and delivery. I bring that same analytical and organised mindset into paid media work today.
