I am a professional with more than 10 years of experience in roles that require clear communication, organization, and attention to detail.

My background combines teaching, artistic project management, and freelance web development, which has helped me build a strong ability to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and solve problems calmly under pressure.

I have worked with diverse audiences, including students, institutions, international organizers, clients, suppliers, and vendors, adapting my communication style to different needs and contexts.

In recent freelance work, I developed and maintained online stores, handled direct communication with clients and suppliers, and managed multiple responsibilities independently.

I am especially interested in remote customer support or virtual assistant roles, where I can contribute responsibility, reliability, and a fast learning curve for new digital tools.
