I am an advanced student of Digital Business Administration with hands-on experience in business operations, financial control, supplier management, inventory administration, customer service, and digital marketing.

I have worked in both entrepreneurial and operational roles, which has helped me develop a practical understanding of how to keep a business running efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

In my current and previous positions, I have been responsible for sales operations, cash handling, stock control, supplier coordination, and customer support, always with a focus on organization and results.

I also have experience creating and managing content for social media, supporting promotional activities, and helping improve the visibility of the businesses I have worked with.

I consider myself proactive, analytical, responsible, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
