## About Me

I am a compassionate and versatile Medical Assistant with hands-on experience supporting both clinical and administrative operations in family medicine and fast-paced service environments.

I have practical experience with patient intake, vital signs, 12-lead EKGs, phlebotomy, specimen collection, injections, vaccinations, and preparing patients for provider examinations and procedures.

I am comfortable handling front-office responsibilities such as check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, co-pay collection, telephone support, and patient communication.

I also have experience with telemedicine and virtual-visit workflows, including scheduling, pre-visit preparation, verification of patient information, and electronic documentation using eClinicalWorks and other EMR systems.

I take pride in maintaining accuracy, professionalism, HIPAA compliance, and patient-centered service while working in busy healthcare settings.

In addition to healthcare, I bring a strong customer service and administrative background that has helped me stay organized, adaptable, and effective in team-based environments.
