I am a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certified technical support professional with over 5 years of experience supporting enterprise users, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and IT operations.

I specialize in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Windows/Linux administration, IAM, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.

In my current role, I provide enterprise support across Azure cloud services and Microsoft environments, helping users resolve connectivity, identity, access, and productivity issues while maintaining strong service quality.
