I have built my career around English Language and Literature, curriculum development, and student-centered learning. I enjoy creating meaningful learning opportunities and improving educational practices across both classroom and program levels. I have extensive experience in the International Baccalaureate environment, including DP coordination, Extended Essay coordination, subject leadership, and teaching across MYP and DP levels. I have also supported school-wide curriculum implementation and faculty development. I am especially interested in innovative approaches to teaching and learning, including differentiated instruction, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, and the thoughtful use of technology and generative AI in education. I value collaboration, organization, and continuous improvement. I have worked closely with teachers, administrators, and students to strengthen academic programs, align curriculum, and support quality teaching and learning.
