I am an audiovisual advisor with more than 10 years of experience supporting social organizations and public-facing institutions.

I have worked in roles that combine public relations, citizen service, document management, and audiovisual production, which has helped me build a versatile professional profile.

My background includes advising organizations, answering inquiries, coordinating agreements, and supporting administrative processes from drafting through payment accreditation.

I also have hands-on experience with cameras, video production, postproduction, sound, lighting, and social media management, especially in theater and institutional environments.

I am known for my strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments where service quality and organization matter.

I am currently expanding my academic training in audiovisual communication and continue to develop my skills in media production, document systems, and digital communication.

## Experience

Audiovisual Advisor @ National Geographic Institute  Sep 2014 - Present Provide advice and direct support to social organizations by answering inquiries. Collaborated with the public relations department, operated Canon and Nikon reflex cameras, contributed to institutional video production, organized the microcinema room for official and unofficial events, and managed agreements and payment accreditation using the GEDE electronic document management system.

Public Attention @ Council of the Judiciary  Jan 2014 - Mar 2014 Provided citizen services to solicitors, lawyers, and agencies. Controlled and distributed daily identity card deliveries, received documents and claims, and drafted and responded to official letters.
