## About Me

I am a data clerk and business administration professional with experience in data collection, data quality assessment, reporting, and analysis for decision-making.

I joined Mild May Uganda in 2022 and have supported records personnel and facility teams in compiling accurate HMIS reports, submitting data for DHIS2 entry, and ensuring timely data cleaning and validation.

My background also includes financial accounting, where I prepared budgets, payroll, financial reports, statutory accounts, and tax filings, while supporting compliance and internal controls.

I have worked in administrative roles as well, coordinating office activities, supervising staff, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and supporting recruitment and document management.

Across my roles, I have developed strengths in administration, finance and accounting, human resource management, reporting, and quality improvement support.

I am comfortable working in dynamic environments where accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential, and I value using data and process improvement to support better outcomes.
