## About Me

I am a Customer Support & Operations Specialist with more than 3 years of experience in courier and logistics environments. I have worked in fast-paced, high-volume operations where accuracy, communication, and reliability are essential.

I was promoted internally from Courier to Operations & Warehouse Coordinator based on my performance and leadership potential. In this role, I coordinate daily branch operations, delivery routes, customer support interactions, and team workflows.

I have hands-on experience handling phone and email support, complaint resolution, shipment inquiries, and escalated customer cases. I focus on restoring customer confidence through clear communication and effective problem solving.

I also support employee onboarding, training, and recruitment interviews, which has strengthened my ability to work with teams and contribute to operational improvement.

My background combines logistics operations with customer experience and team coordination. I am comfortable working in structured environments where time management, continuous improvement, and service quality matter.

I am also building my academic background in computer science and have a strong interest in technology, productivity tools, and digital systems that improve operational efficiency.
