I am currently pursuing a BSc in Computer Science at the University of the People while continuing to strengthen my ability to connect frontend interfaces with backend services end to end. My background in customer and technical support has helped me develop strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm approach to production issues and troubleshooting. I have worked on practical backend projects such as a task manager API, a blog API, and a URL shortener service, where I applied MVC architecture, authentication, database design, and API testing.
