I am a senior localization project manager with more than 20 years of experience in translation and localization.

For over 15 years, I have led complex multilingual projects and strategic client accounts, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with budgets of up to approximately USD 100,000.

I have worked across insurance, legal, healthcare, financial, e-learning, and technology content, coordinating global teams of linguists, reviewers, QA specialists, and vendors to deliver high-quality results.

My background combines project leadership, client management, workflow optimization, and linguistic expertise, with a strong focus on protecting timelines, controlling quality, and reducing rework.

I am experienced in portfolio management, resource planning, risk identification, issue resolution, and process improvement, and I value clear communication and strong client relationships.

I also bring hands-on experience as a freelance translator, editor, and proofreader, which gives me a practical understanding of language quality and localization delivery from end to end.

## Experience

Senior Project Manager @ Eriksen Translations Inc.  Jan 2011 - Present I lead a high-volume portfolio of concurrent multilingual localization projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and final delivery.

I coordinate global linguists, reviewers, QA specialists, and specialized vendors, and I serve as the primary project lead for strategic accounts.

I also deliver localization projects across insurance, legal, financial, healthcare, e-learning, and technology content, while improving delivery consistency through standardized trackers, templates, workflow controls, mentoring, and proactive risk identification.

Project Manager @ Eriksen Translations Inc.  Jan 2007 - Dec 2011 I managed end-to-end multilingual localization projects, including quotation support, planning, production, quality control, delivery coordination, and client communication.

I coordinated internal teams and external linguists to meet deadlines, budget requirements, language specifications, and client quality expectations.

I monitored project progress, identified delivery risks, resolved production issues, and supported vendor selection, resource planning, terminology preparation, and workflow improvements.
