Mar 2022 – Jun 2026I directed cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, mechanical, and software integration for a $58.5M+ EMS and NPI portfolio.

I led customer and STQC audits, maintained regulatory compliance, and supported high first-pass quality yield across the manufacturing lifecycle.

I owned NPI gate execution, project kick-offs, BoM finalization, SO creation, prototype orders, RFQ cycles, tooling, and material readiness for production launches.
