I have been working in helpdesk and customer support in the IT field since 2018, handling L1-L2 ticketing and client communication. Before moving into IT support, I built strong experience in export sales and marketing leadership within the glass and construction industries. In those roles, I worked closely with customers, introduced new technologies to the market, prepared offers, managed orders, and supported product and program updates. I also have experience in hotel management, where I was responsible for leading and organizing departments. This helped me develop strong coordination, service, and leadership skills that I continue to apply in my professional work. Earlier in my career, I worked in HR assistance, where I supported order creation, interviews in Hungarian and German, and the organization of trainings and courses. This gave me a solid foundation in administration and people-oriented work.
