My background includes Active Directory administration, server management, cloud migrations, and enterprise-wide software deployment and support. I have led technical projects that improved infrastructure reliability and security, and I am comfortable working across cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs. I also have hands-on experience with device management, user provisioning, and workflow automation. My work has included supporting clinical and corporate teams, managing enterprise applications, and assisting with sensitive document migrations in regulated environments. I am used to balancing operational support with project delivery and security requirements. I have worked extensively with Microsoft and cloud technologies, including Azure, Intune, SCCM, and O365 administration tools.
