Jan 2014 – Dec 2019I managed commercial agreements and payment conditions, applying negotiation techniques that are transferable to procurement of supplies and services.

I coordinated with production and warehouse teams to ensure the flow of merchandise and avoid stock shortages. This helped maintain operational continuity across the distribution chain.

I also generated critical reports using Crystal Reports and the INT system to control budgets and profit margins, and I used MS Project to monitor schedules and objectives.
