I have extensive expertise in IPTV and OTT ecosystems, including middleware integration, CDN, DRM, video encoding and packaging, content delivery workflows and service reliability. I have led the deployment and operational support of more than 11,000 OLTs and 3.5 million ONTs across large-scale FTTH environments, as well as major telecom network transformation and integration programs.
