Devoteam Group was founded in 1995 by Godefroy de Bentzmann and Stanislas de Bentzmann in Levallois-Perret, France, initially focusing on telecom services. Since its inception, the company has expanded significantly, both geographically and in its service offerings, establishing a strong presence in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with over 11,000 employees in more than 25 countries. It has evolved into a leading technology consulting firm specializing in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data, AI, and sustainability.

The company went public on the Euronext Paris stock exchange in 1999 but was delisted in 2021, returning to private control under its founding shareholders. Over the years, Devoteam has grown through several strategic acquisitions including telecom and IT services firms, expanding its technological expertise and market reach.
