As the Product & Design team, we aim to build winning products that deliver great value to customers. Based on a well-defined product strategy, our team focuses on continuous discovery to understand customer needs. We want to even strengthen our user research and, for that, are looking for an experienced researcher who will take full ownership of all processes and tooling around user research.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Align with PMs to understand the Discovery roadmap
  • Follow relevant communication channels to identify relevant research topics
  • Plan, conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative user research
  • Enable PMs to understand users, their context, needs, and problems
  • Collect and manage insights in a systematic manner
  • Take responsibility for user research projects and drive initiatives to improve methods and processes
  • Conduct interviews, partially with PMs, and extract insights
  • Present UX research insights to various internal stakeholders

Job requirements:

What we expect from you:

  • Ideally, you have 3 years of professional experience as a user researcher or in similar roles helping to understand users
  • Strong empathy for users and a willingness to work with international customers
  • Strong communication, interviewing, and presentation skills
  • High level of self-motivation and passion to incorporate own ideas into our product
  • Independent and structured work style as well as organizational skills
  • Full ownership, collaborate, influence, and work as part of a cross-functional team
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in B2B, ideally even with highly technical products
  • Experience with relevant tools, most notably for analyzing recorded interviews
  • Any experience in the CMS space is a plus
