Here’s the best part: we’re looking for a Remote Customer Support Agent – someone who has a natural talent for problem-solving and creating lasting relationships. You will work with our international team to provide customer support that feels welcoming and professional while using this work-from-home opportunity to co-create positive remote team vibes.

In this role, you will

  • Manage incoming messages, emails, calls, and other customer service inquiries from our customers all around the globe;
  • Answer product and service-related questions and suggest information about other products and services;
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents;
  • Help other departments with additional tasks if need be;
  • Keeping up a service-minded attitude and being genuinely excited to help customers.

Job requirements

  • Fluent in English with near-native proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Empathy and understanding of what customer wants and needs;
  • Energy and drive to go the extra mile to engage customers;
  • To be responsible and have great time management skills;
  • Ability to work one day of the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday);
  • Flexibility to work different shifts – this role might require some evening shifts to have calls with customers in the USA;
  • Knowledge of an e-commerce business and Amazon (considered a bonus);
  • To be a quick learner, very flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 400-550 EUR after taxes (depending on your skills and experience) + bonus
