We’re looking for a hungry and talented Copywriter to help tell our story.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in creative copywriting and is able to write to multiple audiences across multiple channels. As part of our design team, you will be supporting various product and marketing efforts. A typical week involves reaching customers through a range of creative artifacts, from in-platform messaging to personalized marketing to national campaigns.
No matter what you’re creating, you must work from a position of high empathy (for customers, peers, and stakeholders).

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of full-time experience in copywriting at an agency, design firm, or with an in-house Creative Studio.
- Experience working on brand initiatives across a range of industries including advertising, brand development, public relations, social media, and interactive and video content development.
- An ability to proactively find solutions to problems and keep projects moving.
- A masterful command of the craft of writing and design.
- A solid grasp of AP style, but an understanding that not all the rules apply to all you do.
- An eye for detail and the ability to find a typo in a haystack.
- Innovative and inspiring creative solutions across marketing channels. Experience across retail, advertising, digital and branded solutions.
- An understanding and appreciation of the complete customer experience, regardless of channel or medium.
- A strong eye for consistency, clarity and cohesive storytelling.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and to delegate work effectively.
- A strong desire to do brand-building, product-selling, and award-winning work.
- Marketing sense – must possess an ability and a passion in developing campaigns that can work in and across channels and media.
- Demonstrated success in presenting creative concepts to peers and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Balance strong instincts and creative judgment with strategic quantitative and qualitative customer insights to drive business goals.
- Effectively sell creative concepts and influence across the organization.
- Confidently present creative concepts and explain/defend your creative and strategic choices.
- Work within cross-functional teams to develop seamless experiences for the customer.
- Concept and collaborate with team leads, including designers, technical leads, product managers, and art directors.
- Help with scope estimates, scheduling, project planning deadlines and helping to resolve resource and delivery prioritization.
- Work with design team leadership to ensure creative concepts and tactics are on brand, strategically sound, and have measurable business impact.
