We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Go to Market team to optimize the structure, processes, and operational model of our high-growth sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales operations and a keen business acumen. With a solution driven attitude, a bias for action and focus on process improvement, the Sales Operations Analyst will play a key role in driving Proof’s success.

What you’ll do as the Sales Operations Analyst at Proof

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data teams to develop metrics and insights that drive the business
  • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into sales performance and help management make informed decisions
  • Monitor and identify areas for improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and sales velocity
  • Architect models, reports, and dashboards that the sales team and management will use in the daily course of business
  • Professionally package critical business metrics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
  • Manage the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting to maximize revenue potential
  • Manage the company’s instances of Salesforce, ZoomInfo/RingLead, Outreach, and other GTM tools
  • Evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity by identifying bottlenecks, proposing workflow improvements, and implementing automation solutions
  • Work in partnership with Senior Leadership on special projects that support sales and broader initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Highly proficient in Salesforce (preference for Certified Administrator), Excel, and other analytical tools
  • 3+ years related work experience at a SaaS company in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market
  • BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • Ability to independently make decisions and deliver work quickly
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Strong strategy, planning, and organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively across functional teams
  • Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
