About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, Campaigns, you will play a central role in fostering collaboration between cross-functional teams to build and manage field marketing activities aimed at fueling pipeline growth through integrated cross-functional campaigns, focused outbound campaigns, and supporting events. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in marketing campaign management, proficiency in key marketing tools, and experience with ABM approaches.
This role is pivotal in managing various aspects of marketing campaigns, you’ll use a variety of tactics including, email, scripts, digital, live events, nurture emails, and programmatic advertising. You will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners within Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Content Marketing, Operations, and Analytics to identify audiences and opportunities, implement campaigns, measure impact, and share key takeaways.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the development and acceleration of pipeline, emphasizing net new account acquisition.
- Drive alignment of messaging; help to ensure that the right content messaging is delivered to the right audience at the right time.
- Manage marketing activities and campaigns to ensure projects are completed cross-functionally.
- Maintain accurate budget, expense tracking, and forecasting to optimize resource allocation.
- Initiate and manage nurture programs to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track and report on campaign costs, performance, and ROI.
- Provide regular insights into campaign performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
About You
- Proven experience in building and accelerating sales pipeline, focusing on net new account acquisition by focusing on target accounts.
- Exceptional attention to detail in execution while maintaining a strategic mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and effective communication with critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technology Competencies
- Zoom and Google Suite (Especially Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Asana, or experience with other project management software.
- Experience with ABM tech stack (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase), HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC basic navigation, with report creation being a plus).
