Cella is seeking a Part-time Web Content Specialist (Sharepoint) to join the Corporate Affairs team within Global Communications at one of our top clients, a multinational pharmaceutical company.
As a Part-time Web Content Specialist (Sharepoint), you will support the Corporate Affairs Center of Excellence team, which is focused on strategically enabling the business for success by standardizing its approach and professionalizing work products across the organization.
You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the Corporate Affairs SharePoint website by continuously sourcing new content from across the team to add to the website; ensuring appropriate reviews and approvals for content that needs to be updated; and reviewing new content that has been uploaded to the site from team members. This candidate will also serve as the go-to resource for team members, assisting them with locating files or content that will aid their work.
Location: Remote, EST or CST working hours preferred
Job Type: Contract through the end of the year
Compensation Range: $32 – 37 per hour
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Act as a community manager for the Corporate Affairs SharePoint site.
- Continuously source new content from across the Corporate Affairs team to add to the website.
- Ensure appropriate reviews and approvals for content that needs to be updated.
- Review new content that has been uploaded to the site.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and accessible resource for the team if they are having trouble locating files or content within the website.
- Develop tags for new / updated content to ensure the search function can locate files easily and accurately.
- Troubleshoot any technical glitches with Information Technology and Creative Services.
- Provide timely updates on-site engagement – including data on unique visitors, average time spent on the site, bounce rate, etc. – to the Corporate Communications Leadership Team.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, media relations, public relations, journalism or a related field.
- Candidate should have a positive attitude, as well as strong content management, project management, problem-solving, organizational, technical writing and communication skills.
- Candidate should be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite applications, with particular experience with and knowledge of SharePoint.
