We are looking for an Executive Recruiter Lead who is committed to being a talent advisor to hire the best executive level talent.

The executive recruiting function’s aim is to consistently provide world-class executive recruiting practices including long-term relationships building and proactive engagement as trusted talent advisors to enable Pinterest to attract, engage, and acquire exceptional executive talent who reflect the diversity of our Pinners and advance our mission. We seek an individual with expertise in these types of practices and experience in engineering product and design hiring is particularly beneficial.

Reporting to the Director of Executive Recruiting, you will provide consistent, high-touch experience while leading the full lifecycle hiring for executive level leadership positions and developing external executive talent bench building, and market intelligence. You’ll commit to inclusive hiring to contribute to our dedication to growing a diverse company where people from all backgrounds thrive.

This is a full-time position based anywhere in the United States.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
