  • Champion accessibility, working to ensure that our products are designed with inclusivity in mind and promote accessible workflows
  • Work proactively to maintain and update the Systems, ensuring they align with evolving product needs and industry standards
  • Contribute to and maintain the Design System libraries to ensure consistent and up-to-date resources

What you’ll bring

  • Extensive knowledge of design principles and user experience heuristics
  • Honed visual design skills and craftsmanship
  • Expertise in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in a remote environment

Opportunities

  • Grow your accessibility expertise and deepen your knowledge of standard methodologies for digital products and experiences
  • Enhance your proficiency in front-end development standard processes, including hands-on experience with HTML and CSS, broadening your technical abilities
  • Contribute actively to the growth and maintenance of design systems
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of designers, product managers, and engineers, refining your collaborative and communication skills in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Develop and apply visual design skills, translating conceptual ideas into visually compelling, accessible, and user-centric solutions
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of the product development lifecycle and expanding your role beyond traditional design responsibilities
  • Take on leadership opportunities within the PX Enablement & Systems team, contributing to critical initiatives and influencing the direction of design and systems thinking within the organization
