As a Principal Software Engineer for the PlE team (Platform & Infrastructure) at Boulevard, you will be responsible for the technical strategy and execution of the PIE team in addition to setting technical strategy for the overall RnD organization.

Your commitment to the customer experience and strong ownership of the quality and integrity of your squad’s work sets a high standard for the squad. Working closely with Engineering, Product Manager, Designer, and Product Marketing Manager, you will be crucial in making informed product decisions, building exceptional products, and achieving significant business outcomes. Your dedication to developing scalable, performant, and maintainable systems goes hand in hand with creating a motivating environment for everyone to excel in their work. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of architecting solutions and driving technical excellence in cloud infrastructure development.

Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $200,000 and $290,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
