The Customer Strategy and Operations Team offers candidates the opportunity to support Evolent’s long- and short-term growth by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify, enable and communicate the value we bring to payers, providers, and patients.

The Sr Analyst, Customer Strategy and Operations role will be working with a high-performing teams including, product, strategy, operations, and analytics. In addition, this role includes collaboration with teams to focus on maintaining successful partnerships with leading health plans.What You Will Be Doing:
- Play a critical role in developing and executing Evolent’s overall customer strategy.
- Lead specific projects that will help develop our customer strategy.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to define and refine the Voice of the Customer throughout the customer journey.
- Support short- and long-term customer planning sessions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive a high-value customer experience, and synthesizing customer performance data.
- Manage projects and pivot strategic focus when needed.
Qualifications – Required and Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience- Required.
- 1-3 years of experience working in management consulting, business development, or similar function in healthcare- Required.
- Excellent collaborative communication skills and experience- Required.
- Strategic business acumen skills and ability to understand business operations and provide quality insight- Required.
- Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas-Required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)-Required.
- Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)-Required.
