The Role:
The Client Success Manager will focus on understanding and guiding our clients towards meeting their business goals of reducing costs through faster access to test data, increasing revenue through valuable and actionable client data analytics, or protecting sensitive and personal data in the cloud or in use with Generative AI, through the use of our full-spectrum privacy enhancing solution.
Each of our clients has their own story and their own business challenges to overcome, and you will be the key contact to take them through the challenges of data privacy and eliminating the tradeoff between business value & protection.
You will project lead onboarding and implementation, working with our Client Success Engineers, focusing on value realisation, and exploring new ways to help our clients succeed with Anonos.
You will manage the ongoing relationships, focusing on value and business outcomes and working with the commercial team to ensure they have the correct information to discuss new opportunities and renewals.
You will be the Client’s representative within Anonos, working with the Product and Engineering team to ensure the client’s voice is heard and impacts the future of our solution.
Expectations:
It’s essential that you have some prior knowledge of Data Privacy and Data Protection, are Familiar with Regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA and understand the value and use of Data transformations such as synthetic data and encryption techniques.
We expect you to be comfortable engaging with clients and taking ownership of your activities and client relationships. You have a solid operational & client-focused approach and can identify and communicate the right path towards successful outcomes. Anonos is a fully remote company, so we hope you feel okay working in that environment. Our primary focus is the European and North American markets, so availability during these office hours would be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial team with operational expertise and handovers.
- Project lead onboarding & training.
- Lead the non-commercial part of the Client Relationships
- Provide expertise to drive successful POCs
- Manage the client’s journey towards expected outcomes.
- Deliver ongoing client engagements (Business Reviews, Evaluations, etc.).
- Discuss value realisation, best practices and identify new use cases.
Expertise:
Industry:
- Knowledge of data privacy, security & data science.
- Understanding of GDPR, CPRA & other data protection regulations & standards.
- Experience working with corporate clients and data analytics.
- Expertise from a software provider, preferably in Data or Privacy.
Consultative:
- Project management & project coordination experience.
- Background in service delivery, value realisation & training.
- Track record in value realisation and customer success.
- Strong communication and presence.
- Solid analytical & business acumen.
Technical:
- Cloud platforms, data and enterprise ecosystems.
- Data transformations and process workflows.
- Exposure to Data Science, AI, LLM and Machine Learning
Nice to haves:
- A second language (German, Spanish, French, Italian, etc.) would be desirable.
- Experience working with partners
- Data Science experience
- Enterprise Architecture experience
