As an Instructional Designer within our Revenue Enablement team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences that empower our teams and customers. What We’re Looking For:

We seek a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Instructional Designer who embodies our values of putting customers first, prioritizing team over self, focusing on results, and maintaining a bias toward action. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. You’ll design and develop learning materials on various topics, including selling skills, sales process, and onboarding new hires. Ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
