Job description

We are currently growing our team with down-to-earth individuals eager to drive sales and shape the future of our services while continuously developing their skills and expertise.

As a Sales Growth Strategist, in this multifaceted role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth, enhancing market presence, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales, marketing, and client management. As a strategic thinker with a knack for coordination and administration, you will collaborate closely with leadership to refine sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and foster exceptional client experiences. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping our agency’s sales culture, refining internal processes, and driving our collective success.

Preferred experience

You are an open-minded, focused, determined, good listener, and you aren’t afraid to make mistakes. You have an understanding of a standard agency workflow. Preferably, you have at least 2 years of experience in sales strategy development, with a strong focus on marketing alignment and client management, and preferably have worked in a digital agency or a tech company.
