Primary Responsibilities:
- Administer global data input including but not limited to the New Hire Success Program, various monthly and quarterly SPIFF programs and other programs that may require manual adjustments.
- Assist with UAT testing for Xactly system enhancement and the implementation of annual sales comp plans programs. Create Excel based models to validate/reconcile system calculations and audit payout.
- Maintain and refine commission-related data within SFDC, Snowflake, and Xactly.
- Provide ongoing support on all SPIFF related issues and inquiries. Host Sales Comp office hours and provide one on one help to employees worldwide.
- Coordinate periodic training to new and existing sales teams globally on the usage of the system, compensation statements, and develop training materials.
- Ensure timely routing of electronic distribution and acceptance of worldwide yearly comp plans, policy, and quarterly sales certification letters.
- Be able to support and work with the Sales Compensation and Sales Ops team on the full cycle of the sales compensation process on changes and updates throughout the year.
- Assist with commission reporting & analysis and other Ad Hoc projects as needed.
- Provide world-class customer service to the Sales organization and internal customers.
- Work with internal/external auditors quarterly for commission audits to ensure compliance with SOX for our compensation documents, processes, and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent, preferably with a strong analytical background
- 3+ years commission administration experience
- Xactly/Incent and SFDC experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
- Must have previous work experience and working knowledge of sales compensation process and analysis
- Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude needed to support the dynamic sales team
- Able to handle a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform tasks independently, demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills with minimum direction
- Excellent written and verbal interactive skills, including the ability to interact effectively with management, team, peers, cross-functional teams, and business partners (Sales Org, Legal, IT, and HR, etc)
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Base Pay Range:
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $41.54 – 57.12 per hour
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $37.38 – 51.40 per hour
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $33.46 – 46.01 per hour
