The core mission of the Business Development Representative

The BDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions. As a BDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them. The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.

The fellowship you’ll be joining

You’ll be part of a diverse team, including 9 individuals (3 BDRs, 8 Sales reps) with varied expertise, contributing in the creation of a robust sales pipeline. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at HTB, you’ll report to our European Sales Director, who will guide your growth in the role.
