Your impact

We’re looking for a highly collaborative Recruiter to join our established Talent Acquisition team for the East Buildings & Infrastructure Americas Region to support our #1 ranked Engineering News-Record (ENR) PMCM (Project Management/ Construction Management) line of business. In this role, you’ll deliver full cycle recruiting and build strong partnerships with members of the talent acquisition team, PMCM leadership team and hiring managers to understand the evolving needs of our Client’s Programs and Projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing candidate talent pools and recruitment administration involving:

  • Sourcing new talent
  • Maintaining an up to date and relevant talent pool
  • Contributing to our I&D recruitment strategies
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Attending Stakeholder & TA meetings with the business
  • Building respectful relationships internally with multi-disciplined teams.

This role can be based from any Jacobs office in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones, hybrid/remote option or work 100% remotely from home.

Here’s what you’ll need

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of professional recruiting experience in an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) firm
  • Ability to obtain results in passive recruitment, sourcing hard-to-find talent and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills to successfully manage workload recruiting diverse skill sets in multiple locations
  • Knowledge of OFCCP procedures and regulations in the US
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Fully proficient with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and navigating SharePoint sites
  • Experience creating/updating reports, managing data and presenting to leadership, hiring managers and peers

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • achelor’s degree in Human Resources or related Business Administration field
  • Network of PMCM and/or Buildings candidates in the US
  • Avature experience

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
