We are searching for a Director, People Technology & Operations to own and implement systems, tools & programs that scale and grow the employee experience. We are seeking someone to join our team with an innovative and collaborative mindset who will manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working in a matrixed environment with HRIS, and leading the People Operations & Data Mgmt teams, this role will be responsible for business ownership of Workday, and its integrations with our ATS, Analytics Tools, Engagement and Development software and Payroll system, as well as be a thought leader for the systems and technology roadmap for the People team.

This position is people manager role reporting to VP, People Planning, Operations & Analytics.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $171,500 – $277,025 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $164,800 – $232,750 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800 – $242,225 base salary
Washington DC: $171,500 – $242,225 base salary
