Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most internal meetings are held.

Role Responsibilities:

Vouch seeks a dynamic, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Underwriter with professional and/or management liability lines expertise. In this important role, your key responsibilities will include working closely with a Portfolio Underwriting Manager, our insureds, and sales teams to underwrite accounts within one or more of our innovation economy verticals according to Vouch’s guidelines and underwriting strategy.

A key part of your role will be to seek opportunities to provide creative insurance solutions to our clients and work with Portfolio Underwriting Managers to drive improvements in underwriting efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary Range:

The pay range for this role is: $120,000 to $180,000 per year. These bands are based on relevant experience. These roles will have a guaranteed base salary and be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
