As a Lead Product Designer at Metaplane, you’ll own the design process and strategy for the entire Metaplane platform. You’ll work with our customers to deeply understand the challenges that cause them to fight fires on a daily basis. Then you’ll collaborate with our co-founder and engineering team to research, scope, and design workflows that solve these problems. In doing so, you’ll help data teams preserve trust in the data that powers their entire business. The primary focus of this role will be designing interfaces and workflows that help data teams monitor what is most important across their data platform, visualize the behavior of their data over time, make sense of the dependencies between their data systems, and automate identifying and fixing data incidents. You’ll ensure we can ship software that transforms the way data engineers do their jobs every week. If you’re excited to lead design at a fast-growing Series A startup, including the opportunity to eventually build a team, we’d love to hear from you.
