The Radio Broadcaster is responsible for broadcasting impact-driven weather forecasts to the hundreds of AccuWeather radio stations and television stations/cable systems across the United States. The Radio Broadcaster to use individual creativity and “ad lib” techniques as each AccuWeather radio report is tailored to specific standards/needs of the station. Additional responsibilities include certain aspects in management of the department when the supervisor is not working.
The Radio Broadcaster will work at AccuWeather’s Headquarters in State College, Pennsylvania or has the ability to work remotely.  Shifts will typically be weekend shifts between 15-20 hours per week.
