We’re looking for a Sr. Benefits Analyst to join Procore’s Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll primarily support North American benefits administration through plan audits, reporting, and trend analysis. You’ll assist the team in providing comprehensive and competitive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement savings. Your work will support Procore’s continued growth by helping attract and retain a high-performing, healthy employee population at scale.

As a Sr. Benefits Analyst, you’ll partner with internal teams like payroll, talent services, legal, and HR business partners as well as external partners to deliver an optimal employee benefits experience. Use your strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and communication abilities to offer intuitive employee benefit support through the entire benefit life cycle while building out benefits that meet the needs of our employees.

This position reports into the Director of Benefits and can be based in any of our US offices or remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze benchmark data and employee demographic trends to support developing program recommendations
  • Manage implementation, administration, communication, and delivery of Procore’s progressive benefits plans and wellness initiatives
  • Partner with insurers, brokers, and other third parties on the delivery of Procore’s benefits programs including but not limited to health and welfare, retirement plan, and voluntary benefits
  • Educate employees about the benefits available to them via employee inquiries and orientation presentations
  • Provide routine enrollment auditing, data analytics, and ad hoc reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of government filings, plan audits, and other compliance requirements e.g. 401(k) Non-Discrimination Testing

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, ideally in Business, Public Health, Human Resources, Economics or related disciplines
  • 5+ years within Benefits with some international experience preferred
  • Compliance knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, 5500s
  • Strong Excel (or Google Sheets) and data validation skills, including experience creating formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
  • Excellent written (email/chat) and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate complex information to employees clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Passion for customer service, employee happiness, and company growth

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $90,360 – $124,245. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
