The Senior Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to own complete areas and contribute significantly to the FP&A function. This individual contributor role will have visibility to key initiatives and priorities across the company, allowing for exposure to senior leadership. What You’ll Be Working On
- Manage Operating expenses and headcount analysis, and assist with overall forecasting and reporting.
- Be the primary point of contact with all the functional teams to help manage their expenses and headcount.
- Collaborate, as needed, with the Accounting team on month-end processes
- Partner with the Recruiting team to track intake and quantify cost impact and make recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain capacity/ headcount model for all departments – including active roster management, tracking of headcount, and link to budgeting and financial forecasts
- Improve the budgeting process by making it adaptive and dynamic, with the ability to report at both a granular and summary level as needed
- Support the creation of monthly financial reporting and analysis, ensuring a sustainable and repeatable process
- Support long range forecasting activities
- Identify and implement enhancements to planning and reporting processes to support decision-making
- Ad-hoc analyses, as needed
What You Bring to OneStudyTeam
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other business-related focus
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Financial Modeling, Opex, Spend & Headcount Planning preferred
- Advanced G-Suite Tools or Excel experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and analytic skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to digest inputs and turn into actionable items
- Ability to work cross-functionally, translating business priorities and requirements to financial outcomes
