Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably the buy-side asset management sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements with asset managers, investment managers, or equivalent institutional investment sector consumers.
- Strong understanding of asset tokenization, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the evolving digital financial market infrastructure landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of Chainlink’s products and services to senior-level decision-makers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to address client needs and drive successful implementations.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working within asset management firms, investment banks, or financial market infrastructures.
- Technical background or understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the buy-side financial services sector.
