By joining our team as the Director, People Strategy & Performance, you will design and execute an HR strategy that harnesses our people and their talent to achieve the mission of OneStudyteam. You will be the HR business partner to the OneStudyTeam executive team and extended leadership team. You will supervise domain experts in payroll, benefits, and HRIS, and you will work alongside leaders in talent acquisition and learning & development.
Your leadership will exemplify the following:
- Balancing empathetic and direct communications: You will showcase exemplary skill and gravitas as you communicate clearly and directly to others, balancing empathy with candor. You can walk in other people’s shoes, thus allowing you to anticipate reactions and plan for them. You demonstrate that you care personally for the well being of others, thus building trust and good will. People feel understood by you, and your messages are understood by others.
- Managing change and priorities: Making and executing plans is second nature to you. You can simultaneously fly at multiple altitudes—charting strategy in one meeting, working through granular details in the next. You can steward change on a team and across a company by setting direction, securing buy-in, motivating others, anticipating challenges, and planning accordingly.
