Primary Objective: 

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will take on a variety of strategic, operational, and analytical projects to drive quality growth for our business. At Spectrio, you’ll have the chance to manage mission-critical projects end to end — from working on a long term plan, coupled with analysis to presenting your recommendations to our executive team and working cross-functionally with our product, engineering, sales, HR, and marketing teams on implementation. Responsibilities include: 

  • Manage strategic planning across with a wide range of functional areas of company, partnering with department leaders throughout the organization to position the business for future success
  • Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations to Spectrio’s executive team based on your findings
  • Enable our organization to be highly data-driven as we scale by synthesizing insights, building financial models and developing KPIs for real-time monitoring of performance
  • Assist in development of Board presentations and materials
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Corporate Development to support acquisition target evaluation, due diligence and integration
  • Direct quantitative modeling efforts to quantify revenue and efficiency-related initiatives
  • Actively manage the prioritization and interdependencies of key projects and milestones
  • Ensures effective coordination and communication between the Finance division and other key parts of the organization for all transformation initiatives/projects.
  • Foster a data driven culture

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of corporate and/or operational finance, FP&A, or strategy
  • Values-oriented, data-driven decision-making style
  • Capable of solving complex business problem
  • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models
  • Keen strategy/product interest and intellectual curiosity;
  • Outstanding leadership skills with 6+ years of previous people management experience
  • At least 5 years working with senior-level executive leadership required
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • A  team player that wants to win while also having fun with teammates along the way
  • Capacity  to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Familiarity with working within PE/VC sponsored environment
  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with graduate, professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience is required

Position is Remote. Considering candidates in the Southeast U.S. including FL, NC & TX
