Your Impact
- Own all open Director+ executive hiring (typically 5+ searches at any one time)
- Partner with Advisors
- As required select and manage executive search partners
- Design and manage assessment processes
- Develop and utilise supporting materials e.g. candidate packs, hiring materials bespoke to each process
- Partner with executives, EAs, advisors, and other interviewers to ensure accelerated hiring processes
- Brief candidates and hiring managers
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering multi-source global executive recruiting, including technical leadership roles, within a fast-paced technology environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leaders to shape successful hiring strategies for senior leadership and executive roles (Director level and above)
- Experience in influencing role scopes, defining search strategies, and contributing to compensation discussions is essential
- Strong ownership mentality in building executive teams, evidenced by proactive involvement in the recruitment process from end-to-end
- Exceptional attention to detail, consistently producing accurate and high-quality documentation
- Experience in developing executive recruiting practices and processes, including assessment frameworks, that have been successfully adopted across multiple businesses
- Proven experience in executive hiring across at least two key regions (e.g., North America and Europe), with a global perspective
- Exceptional documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all recruiting-related materials
- Demonstrates an “always-on” mentality, maintaining proactive engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong track record of delivering a high-quality candidate experience while managing complex and rigorous recruitment processes
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working closely with Founders, positively influencing the development of executive recruiting strategies.
- Skilled in leveraging multiple sources to build comprehensive candidate pipelines and assess talent density, utilizing referrals, executive researchers, advisors, and search firms
- Experience or strong network in Web3 or relevant industries
