What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Growth: Spearhead the development and expansion of our customer base in the local market by establishing strong relationships. As the pioneer in this market, your primary objective in the initial months will be to proactively reach out to potential customers, establishing a strong foundation for growth.
- Be the Customer’s First Point of Contact: Build and nurture lasting relationships with the local customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with Foneday is seamless.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide solutions, resolve issues, and proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-Focused: You are passionate about delivering excellent service and building meaningful relationships with customers. You make sure customer needs are fully met on time
- Sales and Persuasion Skills: You have a natural ability to engage customers on calls, pitch our potential partnership effectively, and guide them toward making decisions—all while maintaining a positive relationship.
- Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite, Google Meet, and phone systems. You’re quick to learn new software, can troubleshoot basic tech issues, and adapt to new digital tools easily.
- Strong Communicator: You are a strong communicator with excellent command of English.
- Self-Motivated: You have worked and thrived in a remote environment, managing your own time and staying organized.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: You can think on your feet, adjust to changing customer needs, and find solutions quickly.
- Reliability and Accountability: You take ownership of your tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved consistently.
