Remote HR Business Partner, Tech @ Lime

Lime’s HRBPs are deeply integrated partners to the business who enable Lime’s leaders to build strong performance, engagement, and culture across their organizations. We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support key functions within Lime’s Tech organization, including Software Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Corporate Systems, Product, and UX.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting engineering organizations, and will use their knowledge and background to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels. This role will support the development and execution of an effective tech talent strategy that will accelerate business objectives and enable Lime to scale at a critical time in our journey. Additionally, you will be a natural bridge-builder, team player, problem solver, and sound counselor who demonstrates solid judgment and self-awareness.

This is a remote position based in the United States with a preference to hire in Dallas, Austin, Chicago, Portland, or Phoenix. This role reports to the HR Director for Global Technology & Supply Chain.

About you:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 – $147,000. Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
